She mentored students in academics and career choices. She works with the principle that all students are born with certain abilities, and she helps them use these abilities in ways that improve their performance level in life and increase personal happiness. Following this principle, she encouraged and guided students to cross the boundaries of academic walls and set up #TRENDS Association – a BAF initiative.
